Discover a steadier way forward
A space where every part of you is welcome — through all of life’s seasons.
-
When life feels heavy, it’s easy to lose touch with the steadiness inside you. Therapy can be a place to lay things down, to notice what you’re carrying, and to begin finding your way forward with more clarity and compassion. My work is guided by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a gentle and evidence-based approach that helps you understand the parts of yourself that protect, worry, or criticize, and the parts that long for something softer. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Together, we’ll take it one step at a time.

About the therapist
My path to counseling began in a surprising place: engineering. I used to design bridges, and now I help people cross the inner bridges in their own lives—through transitions, uncertainty, and healing. I’m IFS-trained with advanced training in perinatal mental health, and I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and care.
