THERAPY THAT UNTANGLES AND RESTORES
Discover a steadier way forward.
Hi, I'm Jeanne — a therapist based in St. Louis, MO with an approach that's equal parts warmth and logic. I specialize in reproductive mental health and helping thoughtful adults untangle anxiety, overwhelm, and the patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
DOES THIS RESONATE?
You've spent a long time trying to make life feel easier.
You may have spent years trying to understand yourself and become the kind of person you want to be. Along the way, you've likely learned a lot about yourself and found things that genuinely helped. And yet, there's still a part of you wondering why the same struggles, questions, or patterns keep finding their way back.
MY APPROACH
I believe there’s meaning in the parts of ourselves we struggle with most.
My approach has been described as "warm logic"—bringing together curiosity, compassion, and a desire to understand what you're experiencing. Rather than asking how to get rid of anxiety, perfectionism, overwhelm, or the challenges you're facing, I'm more interested in understanding the patterns that developed around those experiences and why they made sense in the first place. I believe our struggles often make sense in the context of what we’ve lived through, and as we begin to understand what’s underneath them, change tends to follow more naturally.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based approach that helps you explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion. Instead of fighting against your “parts,” like the inner critic, the anxious voice, or the perfectionist, IFS creates space to understand them and reconnect with your calm, steady Self. It’s a gentle, effective way to untangle patterns and find balance within.

Fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood can stir up some of life’s deepest challenges. You might be grieving a loss, feeling anxious or depressed, uncertain about becoming a parent, overwhelmed by caregiving, or trying to support a partner while carrying your own emotions. Therapy offers a space to untangle these tender experiences, reconnect with yourself, and find steadier ground.

Whether it looks like constant worry, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs, these patterns often develop as ways to stay safe, connected, or in control. Together, we’ll explore them with compassion and create space for more sustainable ways of being.

ADHD can make everyday life require more effort than other people realize. You might feel constantly overwhelmed, struggle to start or finish tasks, rely on anxiety and urgency to get things done, or wonder why everyone else seems to have an easier time keeping up. Therapy offers space to understand these patterns, work with the shame, perfectionism, and self-doubt that have developed along the way, and find ways to make everyday life feel more manageable.
